Insert Aira comfortably and begin with the pelvic strength assessment. The device uses pressure-sensing technology to evaluate pelvic floor strength in approximately 2 minutes and recommends training modes based on your results.
Use the app to select training programs or adjust settings manually. Inflate the shaft gradually to achieve a comfortable, secure fit that targets the pelvic floor muscles effectively.
After use, deflate the device fully, remove gently, and clean with warm water and a toy-safe cleanser. Allow to air dry completely before storing.
